Steel cutting can be a challenging task. This is due to the varying thicknesses, weights and sizes of the material. We have the skill and the tools to cut the steel in the correct manner. Our standard tolerance on cut lengths is ± 0.5mm depending on the size of what we are cutting. However, we can alter this depending on what you need. We are able to provide tighter tolerances if required.
In most cases, after cutting the tubes, we can deburr them. This means that we will remove the rough edges at the ends. We do this using either a vibro or brush deburring method. This provides a smooth, neat finish for your tubes.
